To the Editor The randomized clinical trial by Chong et al evaluating acceptance and commitment–based therapy for parenting in asthma management (ACT-PAM) addresses an important gap in integrated care for children with asthma and comorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, one analytic decision may warrant further clarification.
