In Reply We thank Bhurawala for his comments on our randomized clinical trial evaluating the acceptance and commitment therapy-based parenting in asthma management (ACT-PAM) program for children with asthma and comorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The point regarding potential effect modification by co-occurring autism spectrum disorder (ASD), present in 24% of our sample, is well taken and highlights the complexities of neurodevelopmental comorbidities in pediatric care.
